Bringing a player down from the SPL is a big gamble (look at Kris Boyd) The other side of that arguement has been discussed elsewhere (Charlie Adam ?750k) Anything more than ?2M is a big gamble with the small budget we will be working with. imo of course

Van Bronkhurst cost about ?9M/?10M when Arsenal signed him from Rangers as well didn't he? - and that was probably about 10 years ago as well, it was a whopping amount of money back then

He said he is a proper battler in the middle of the park with a good pass / touch to boot. I would like to see us get him at the right money, always difficult judging players when they play up there though.
