If Bendtner signed for us he would be best striker we have by a country mile and if he started every match would get 10 goals minimum in PL. Too many people beleive he is shit because hes not a fancy

  • fcuk me, for one one who spends so much of their life on this 'ere website...you really don't know fcuk all about the club that some of us of us hold so dear, do you???

I can see it. Evans is shit and Smalling has played well at rb the last two games, even before the rafeal injury so maybee they see him as a rb for the future. Ferdinand is injured more often than not and there have been murmours of Vidic going elsewhere.

The will probably line up this weekend with Fabio, Jones, Evans and Smalling as the back 4. If thats still the case when they come to the Reebok then I would really fancy our chances.

He's not though is he.

He's not though is he.

He was last season.

He's not though is he.

He is completely wank! And I'm not just saying that because he's a red twat. I really think he's shite and would not want him in our team, never mind one that is meant to be winning trophies every season.

Evra?

Evra?

He was injured last weekend, not sure whether he still is though.

Kocielny is down does this add more weight to Wengers need to bid for GC?

that ignasi miquel who was rumoured to be part of any deal with cahill just came on for him.

Whisky face said he'd be playing.

BBC website reporting Liverpool are close to signing Sebastian Coates, so if accurate is that them out of the Cahill race

Is there a race?

In fact is nobody interested in our Gaz?

and the thing is, he is looking even better than ever IMO.

but we really need to get some cash for him ASAP

Fuck it, secure some points with him and sell him on January. Might lose some but the overall benefit is greater.

Keep him for the season and let him leave on a free, cant see him signing a new deal at all. The points he'll probably save us from Feb 1st - end o't'season will be worth more than the ?4million we'll end up with int January window.

We need the 18 mill we can get for him at the moment.

To lose him on a free at the end of the season would be a disaster.

Thats true and I dont deny the first part. But its not looking likely that we'll get the 18 million.

x amount of points > ?4 million or whatever we get in January.

Not convinced anyone needs him badly enough to fork out 18m for him now when they can get him for free in twelve months or a uch reduced fee in january when we undoubtedly offer him to all and sundry at a knock down price

Im still concerned that he will go next weds at 23.59 and we dont have a replacement lined up,

to be relegated due to having a wheater/knight combo would be a bigger one

That's never going to happen. We'll have a replacement lined up, even if it proves to be an inadequate replacement or out of our reach at the death. I reckon the Arse will come in at the last minute with an ?8 - ?10 million bid.

But will the asking price of said replacement go up a million or two should we get a big fee for Cahill, and we wont pay it!

i'd prefer to keep him, if we can

the lads quality

underappreciated by his own fans, too

however, let's say arsenal are undecided

do we think them progressing tonight would make it more/less likely they bought him?

If they dont progess tonight, you may have to ask the new manager

If Arsenal do not qualify then will they use this season as a complete rebuilding exercise? if so will the need for Cahill before the end of the window be as high like you say, I dont think so,

Are we sure the Cahill's contract doesnt have an automatic one year extension clause (by either party) in it which could be invoked come Jan if no-one has made an acceptable offer? Seems a bit of an obvious one when dealing with your star young players..... Although this is BWFC

Or then again, something like that might have been offered but rejected.

Regards,

Gonk. Just as privy to the previous contract negotiations as you , but preferring not tohave a sly dig at the club without foundation.
