Sweep
I started making smoothies, but cleaning the blender after it started to piss me off On another note, who's a fan of beef wellington? I am, but I find the pastry really clogs the blender up and makes it really difficult to clean

The three I've seen (cherry, peach, passion fruit) have 13g or less protein in them 18.2 grams of sugar means that it's 11.4% of the yogurt! I read somewhere before a 500ml bottle of coca cola has 55g of sugar ffs, how the fuck can it be classed as healthy when thats the case. Moderators Carlos Posted January 8, 2014 Moderators Share Posted January 8, 2014 Bang in a scoop of whey to your yogurt for another 30g of protein.
Traf
Yes, full sugar Coke is 11% sugar, so marginally less sugary than your fat-free yogurt. PS There's no fat in Coke either, so your only nutritional advantage from the yogurt is the protein, which you could get elsewhere.
stevieb
And what is the sugar content of all these smoothies you are making. Not healthy having a fuck off sugar spike like that. Eat the fruit normally throughout the day.

Leyther_Matt
Had a go at making cottage pie last night using Hairy Bikers 'healthy' recipe. Took me bloody hours as I'm a fuckwit, but pretty happy with the results (albeit after having to peel and boil another five spuds when I realised I hadn't done anywhere near enough when trying to do the top layer).
