Young Doctors surely?

Seen it! Recommended too. There's some rum buggers on that.

Sons & Daughters is worth a mention too.

I've got one of those Morphy Richards makers at the back of the cupboard.

It's just easier to buy a loaf really.

Apparently, you're not to open the oven door half way through.

Like it.

i like the wire

not seen 5 yet

but

2 was easily my favourite as that was the only one where i got more than 50% of the dialogue

Season 4 was comfortably the best season for me, all great though, season 5 probably the weakest.

If you haven't seen the shield then that is well worth a watch, and in current tv I think justified is as good as anything on at the moment. Season 4 will start on 5USA in the spring here

The Shield is one of my favourites.

Bones on Sky 1, is it any good? I've never seen it, but the ginger lad off Baltimore: Life on the Street, who's probably older than me come to think of it is in it now.

Should I be ashamed to admit I ended up putting subtitles on for The Wire ?(didn't need em as much for season 2 especially for scenes like that above). Still the best thing I've seen but Breaking Bad pushed it close especially when the whole Gus thing got going. Liked all those Pablo listed but not seen Weeds yet . Might give it a go. Deadwood was good and Rome ,in fact most HBO shows seemto be worth a look.

The Shield and Justified I really liked too. Homeland was good in parts but it got a bit soppy for me int second series and that story about his daughter, why?

Highlighting the extent of political corruption? The way it was 'cleaned up'?

I think that story was a huge plus point of the whole thing.

Kurt Sutter, who plays Otto in sons of anarchy, produced both, Sons of Anarchy and the Shield.
