oggybwfc
Hope he is ok after an indifferent start,he has become the mainstay of the team,if we could sign him i think he would make an excellent captain,Roy Greaves esque

Sweep
Enter Mr S Holden I think Casino is right, Holden and Chungy both fall into the "rose tinted" glasses batch of players - players who are no where near as good as folk think they are......prime example is Wigans goal keeper

no balls
Yes And....... Never fear, he's not out of favour. He's in training to be a centre forward.
Site Supporter Alf Hartigan Posted April 14, 2013 Site Supporter Share Posted April 14, 2013 Spearing player of the year for me, be a shame if he's out for a while. We have a ready made replacement in Kamara though.
RUREADY2ROLL
Spearing player of the year for me, be a shame if he's out for a while. We have a ready made replacement in Kamara though. Kamara is OK but we need Spearing - any ITK news on his condition yet? Edited April 14, 2013 by RUREADY2ROLL

Moderators Casino Posted April 14, 2013 Moderators Share Posted April 14, 2013 Aye, I think is holden is very, very good Sorry, not is, but was He's nowhere near as good as medo or spearing just now

RUREADY2ROLL
Thought Chungy was awful Saturday Eagles run his bollocks off and was unlucky to be subbed. He still annoys though with backing out of tackles and shooting from miles out

DazBob
I'm never so sure about CYL though, I've never been overly convinced he's any better than average I think he was certainly better than average ... but I also think nowhere near as good as he was made out to be. His reluctance to take on and beat a man (he'd much rather just drift inside) and his lack of pace (not saying he's slow, he's just not anywhere near lightening quick) are what prevents him from being a "top, top" player. I wished he would teach Ngog when to jump.
onlyoneawalker
Both stelios and chungy are wide players not wingers Adam Johnson is a winger - both chungy and stelios create plenty goals and score a few and give excellent balance to the respective teams IMO - when chungy was out we missed him
