Site Supporter MickyD Posted August 21, 2013 Site Supporter Share Posted August 21, 2013 As the junior ticket costs next to nothing, it has little value as a single match ticket. You might save about a pound on the normal adult rate.
white noise
Can't remember the upgrade cost but its a bit better than what MickyD says. Just take your ST to Bolton Central and they will issue a replacement ticket.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted August 21, 2013 Site Supporter Share Posted August 21, 2013 I can only go off last season. A mate used my daughter's ticket and got just over a pound off the ticket.
gonzo
Just use it anyway, they never check.
Gonk
I upgraded one for reading. Think it was £21 to upgrade vs £26 for West Lower.
L/H White
You'll get in anyway
no balls
I upgraded one for reading. Think it was £21 to upgrade vs £26 for West Lower. Yes, it's a few quid less. It's nice when you get a reply from someone who knows rather than the standard 'I'd imagine.....'
Moderators Carlos Posted August 21, 2013 Moderators Share Posted August 21, 2013 On this subject, if you buy a kids season ticket, it's meant to be loaded with £10 that you can spend in the shop. Except they aren't. And there's only one person who can fix it. And she doesn't work weekends. Fucktards.
Ghana White
Last week for the first time ever I saw a bloke get turned away from West stand lower with a junior season ticket. The bloke sent him to upgrade. I'm guessing he was just a jobs worth though cause when I went in he seemed pretty over the top, I thought he was going to ask for finger prints

Moderators Carlos Posted August 21, 2013 Moderators Share Posted August 21, 2013 Last season, they had a hit squad with the customer service skills of an amoeba. They formed a barrier before the turnstile. Except there was no explanation as to why they were there or what they were doing... So when you walked past them, they grabbed you i.e. assaulted you. Which is nice.

Only noticed them before the Everton game which was presumably to try (and fail) in stopping Scousers paying on the gate. Must trust us NSL folk that little bit more. I politely told him I'd eat his nose if he didn't let go. Where the fuck they get those tards from, I don't know. They have an angry loser look to them. Durks of Langho
They really tightened up on the use of child tickets by adults last season. I was sent to upgrade and so was a pal of mine, the upgrade price depends on the class of game. I paid £28 to upgrade a child ticket at the Blackpool game at the end of the season... I have bought an adult season ticket for my Daughter this year.
bwfc2003
I did it a couple of times about 3 seasons ago for WSL but got no allowance at all - had to pay the full adult ticket price Not sure if that was because i had a "dad and lad" season ticket
BOWTUN BAKED
Kids ticket now has under 12 or whatever typed on it. Upgraded the nephew's ticket for Reading game over the phone the Tuesday before, cost £19.50 for adult upgrade in WSL. Picked up ticket from Bolton Central prior to kick off. Took 15 minutes in queue. HTH
