From what I've seen from Ibe he looks raw but very direct and tricky and fast as fuck. Should come in handy when he's chasing opposition fullbacks.

Doesn't mean he hasn't had any offers. Maybe he's holding out for a better deal. He's not the first player to do that. Either way, he'll get fixed up before the deadline.

There is no deadline for players with no club.

Disputing the season he had previously? He'll get a club no problem. Dougie has not improved one player in this squad, an indictment of his poor coaching ability. Needs to get the best out of what he has.

Andrews did OK at Brighton last season.

We don't have a clue what goes on behind the scenes, but you can only assume it's a wages issue behind the club's willingness to get rid of Andrews.

He would fill the big giant crater in the middle of our midfield quite nicely IMO.

 

He can retain the ball pretty well too.

 

Like has been said the issue is our Douglas obviously doesn't get on with him. If Dougie rated him we'd pay the cash.

somebody our centre halves can pass the ball too, without it coming straight back to them

I meant he's a better player than Medo and would be better at retaining the ball than any of the other holding midfield players at club including spearing.

 

Makes no odds as the ball spends most of its time above their heads anyway.

 

If freedman wanted Andrews the club would pay for him,he won't be on much more than Beckford or sprearing,who aren't exactly on peanuts.

 

Dougie just doesn't rate him,and as manager that's his choice,fair enough.
