It isn't 45 minutes in 2 years.

Well considering Brighton loaned him and didn't want him back they cant have been that impressed. We have passed him around to anybody who will take him so we obviously don't rate him either. He had some ok games for us but nothing special.

To be fair comparing him to any of our midfielders would be like comparing cat shit and dog shit so I doubt he would make any difference were he still here.

Fans at virtually every club he has been at have been a bit meh about him as well. Ours were a bit less patient than that though granted!

Brighton are taking FFP even more seriously than we are. They wanted him but at the right price at the end of the window. Tony Bloom, David Burke and Paul Barber said so on an hour long interview on the radio. They did exactly the same with Stephen Ward and Upson and lost out on them to Burnley and Leicester too. It's like Boro fans saying we didn't want Juke.

Watford (the Pozo family) have the best scouting system in the league by a country mile. They were obviously impressed enough with his performances ar Brighton to outbid them and get him from us.

The fact we passed him around to whoever doesn't prove he's shit. Not being able to get rid of them to anyone for two years would prove it though (Mears/Eagles/Knight).

He played every game for us under Dougie when he joined and then had a season ending injury.

He then played the first game of the following season against Burnley and was booed.

He is a solid pro imo and we have got plenty of them at the moment so I don't think he would make that much of a difference if we still had him.

Certainly not worth fighting to keep him anyway imo.

Here is a good one, would you rather have Andrews or Spearing??

To the haters. . Chris eagles stats in 2012/13, 43 appearances 12 goals, 12 assists. I'd hazard a guess and say that's more goals and probably assists than any current squad player in their entire bolton career. As for andrews, he's a step up from our current midfield. Medo has been a disaster.

He played 31 games for them last season which suggests otherwise.

Are you going to factor in us being pot-less in this argument?

Had they not been on utterly fucking ridiculous contracts, I'd have been happy to see both Eagles and Andrews in this current team.

All gone a bit quiet regarding yon mon from Liverpool.

I think we can take that as not being a good sign.

If DF loses out on Ibe because of his style of play it's got to be a worry for the club as upto now he's done quite well with getting loanees in if the perception from managers is that we don't play good football were going to find it difficult to attract players, it's clear to me it is vital Mark Davies gets back and plays lots of games otherwise we cannot set up to play from the back. Massive couple of weeks for Freedman I think he's on a real knife edge he needs Davies back and he needs him firing in all cylinders ASAP.

If we finish the transfer window wiht nothing more than is being rumoured ibe and the lad from Crewe we are a fucking shambles.

I do not care if we have been unlucky with deals and Juke going to Burnley ruined plans we need more than what we have.

gk - fine

rb - mc naughton fine

cb - could improve but not the issue

lb - needs better maybe moxey but aint seen him

rmf - CYL will do

lmf - nothing worth having

cmf - desperate

cf - shows that cmf is not actually desperate becuase this is much worse we have less penetration than a eunuch fucking a brick.

I have said all along judge DF on results and progress, results are not good and if we end up 'going with what we have got' then we are going backwards compared to what we had last year and we were wank last year.

I know money is tight but i think DF has bought in Feeney, Hall, beckford, devrite, trotter and Medo - amongst others, none of whom seem to first choices on a reguar basis (although given he changes team every week not sure that is a surprise).

It is depressing.

If we miss out on Ibe I will be fucking fuming. I work in Scouseland and they are all raving about him, saying he's rapid and strong as an ox- Sterling Mk2 but stronger.
