Being a manager is about getting the best out of a team. If one member is disruptive then they get fucked off.

 

Admittedly there isn't a lot being achieved by the manager with his current tea,

No one does know if he's being disruptive. It's all guesswork based on nothing much. More likely that he's not as good as we thought he was or he thinks he is - on the basis that he has never done much when he has played. Unfortunately we are stuck with him, so we need to try and make something out of him if only to get shut further down the line to free up some money.

 

Nice to be proven wrong though and find out he's a world beater on his day.

why invest time in a disruptive cunt? 

 

if you had 3 lads working on your house for you and one was messing about and causing problems would you fuck him off or manage him?

I have it on good authority that his attitude has been questionable at times; in particular when he's been with the EDS

we're generally buying lads who cant get a game at teams in our division
