Ideally he'd be locked up but given the number of folk who avoid custodial sentences for much worse crimes than being a racist bellend it does seem harsh.

Fine him 5% of his earnings for the next 5 years with the money going to help charities working in Asian communities or nations.

As much as I would like that cunt to go to prison, it's not going to happen.

And if every case like that ended up in a prison sentence, then our prison service would be even more fucked than it is.

This should be dealt with restorative justice. In this particular case, the victim should be allowed a free punch in the face followed by a  free kick in the balls, and if the victim is reluctant to take up the offer, then I'd gladly take their place.
