I take pleasure in being  able to look down on Leicester (and Birmingham, Norwich, Southampton, Wigan etc) as a club with a worse history than us.If they win the Premier League I won't be able to.

We are no bigger than 4 of the clubs you mention and only slightly bigger than Wigan in the grand scheme of things.

 

A few cups in the 1920's and 50's doesn't make you a big club.

 

We've not had more than 28k on for a home game in about 40 years.

Whether we are bigger, the same size or smaller is just opinion.What isn't opinion is how many major trophies clubs have won.I don't want Leicester or another other club beneath us catching us up.

when we were in the PL, if the "establishment" was to be rocked either in PL or FA Cup, if it wasn't us doing it, I wasn't arsed if it actually happened 

 

however, now we're well out of it, more than happy for leicester to win it

Spoke to a Leicester season ticket holder today, been going 30 years or so.

 

He still mentions the day we smashed them 5-0

 

To say he's currently living in the upper stratosphere would be an understatement. He still can't believe they stayed up last year so this just seems like a "fucked up acid trip" at the minute he says.

 

My only reservation is those fucking clappy things the crowd have but, like he says, they'd probably sit there naked waving their dicks in the air for 12 more points.

We got 13,469 against a team with nothing to play for . Granted majority are season tickets but I think that is something to be proud of. Hull city who still have a chance of going up automatically and have no direct competition for 50 miles managed 16,521.
