Guest Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Have we been in a winning position yet this season? Not yet. Early days. Quote
MalcolmW Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Bottom nine all picked up points last night or today. Leeds missed a pen in added time to gift a win to Reading. Quote
Tonge moor green jacket Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 It might be a little painful to say it, but the massives seem to be on a different level in the prem. Palace and us both end bad spells too. A rather interesting day. Quote

Tonge moor green jacket Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Kinell. That's quite good!!! Quote
Marc505 Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Away end behind both goals at Bury today? Awful. Quote
frank_spencer Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 (edited) Kinell. That's quite good!!! GMR read out some stats from the game and they were all bloody impressive but that one seemed astounding Edit: 91.3% http://www.skysports.com/football/man-city-vs-stoke/stats/373172 Edited October 14, 2017 by frank_spencer Quote
radcliffe white Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Away end behind both goals at Bury today? Awful.strange move and no need, as they took less than we did Quote
Biggish Dave Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Just had a look at Oldham v Roveeers stuff, didn’t realise Oldham won in 90th minute. My wine suddenly tastes much sweeter Quote
birch-chorley Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 (edited) Strange one at the moment Oldham Generally start poorly then get John Sheridan in to sort things out This year they started poorly with him and have given him the boot, they have interviewed Scholes and Seedorf for the job since, some money coming apparently! Results have picked up as well Edited October 14, 2017 by birch-chorley Quote
Biggish Dave Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Scholes would be a shit manager for anyone, it’s simply not in his make up to be a manager. Seedorf? He must know everything about Glanford Park etc. Nothing more than paper talk Shirley. Can’t fault Richie Wellens record Quote
SalfordOriginal Posted October 14, 2017 Posted October 14, 2017 Four out of four for Wellens. Why they would be considering anyone else (if they even are) is beyond me Quote

Sweep Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Zach clough on as a sub for forest Aye, seems to come on as a sub most games for them, doesn't appear to start all that often for them this season Quote
Marc505 Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Not really playing much and when he does he barely gets a touch, got a feeling he'll be off before long Quote
Sweep Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Not really playing much and when he does he barely gets a touch, got a feeling he'll be off before long I thought that, but where does he go from Forest, I'm assuming he'll be on a decent wage, and that might be the issue for him. I know some might still have him down as a gold plated superstar, but if he doesn't make it at Forest, then I'm not sure he'll get to play at a much higher level, which is a shame, as he did show a bit of promise a few years ago Quote
Whites man Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 He had the biggest impact on his first team debut than any player I have ever seen. Quote

It'd hurt, that. Some of his goals for us were crucial and brilliant, wish circumstances were different and he was still with us. Quote

If the money wasn't so vital, doubt he'd have gone to them. Quote
Matt Lofthouse Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 That video clip of him watching the lads celebrating with the trophy at the end of last season was heart breaking. Quote
MancWanderer Posted October 15, 2017 Posted October 15, 2017 Mate of mine is a Forest season ticket holder. Clough's not rated at all by them I reckon his heart's not in it - he never asked to move and as mentioned that clip of him watching us celebrating......... I'd have him back Quote
