That was the pen I saw too albeit from side on. If you go for the hard to get areas then you risk missing the target all together

Palace's upgrade to add 8000 more seats is costing ~£170m iirc. That's a lot of money.

The new NFL stadia are costing upwards of $1bn with a good chunk coming from the local council.

 

Baffling when you think 20yrs ago ours cost £35m-£40m
