West Brom goal ruled out for offside, though you could make a case for a West Brom penalty in the build up, particularly in light of the proper soft one the ref took three minutes to give Liverpool shortly afterwards. They were good enough to miss it.

This VAR is sanitising the game even more. Part of the enjoyment is moaning about how bad the ref was in the pub after a game.

 

I can accept goal line technology but it’s gone too far. The standard of refereeing will drop big time as they are relying on Riley and his team of merry men to get the decision right for them.
