Right - forgetting the bent bidding process and the conditions of the migrant workers building the stadiums - does anybody else agree that a Nov/Dec competition has the potential to be ace?

 

Firstly because it will take up most of the traditional Christmas bullshit season so we'll all be talking about football and not festivities. Secondly just for the novelty factor. And thirdly because we can see whether or not our well worn excuse about our players being tired stands up to scrutiny.

Gallant losers on pens in the qtrs is my usual England prediction.

Seen no reason to change my opinion.

That said, we clearly have far better players than USA and still couldn't look the better team.

It’s not for George Floyd, this week it’s morphed into solidarity against discrimination … were a laughing stock… thousands died building those stadiums, don’t play in the tournament if that’s how you feel. It is a load of bollocks. Perpetuated by the FA and GS virtue signalling wankers.
