His record with us, thus far, has been average at best in reality maybe not loads of clucs, but newcastle is a bigger club than us. triple wages, premier league and bigger budget. that's why he's going there. who would blame him

May 30, 201511 yr This booing thing is being overstated - there were a few dicks, as there always are (at every club), let's not make it out to be more than that. There are too many folk on here ready to have a pop at our support. Given most of the shite we've had to put up with since Sam left (apart from a relatively brief Coyle honeymoon period and a few green shoots under Lenny), I think our fans have been remarkably patient. Speaking of Sam, ask him what he makes of us compared with Hammers and Toon fans - both of whom were constantly calling for his head - the former after he'd got them promoted at first time of asking and into the top 10...all because they apparently weren't playing the 'West Ham way'.
