August 27, 201510 yr Possible loan signing for Argyle. Any views? Needs proper game time to clarify his position and whether he's good enough. He can play centre back or Right back . Dont expect another Andy Kellett. He doesn't have the pace or skill to be as effective going forward. May be a better centre half but he's not been tried there at first team level.

Reckon he'll do a job as a right back at that level, but he's nowt special.
August 27, 201510 yr From what I've seen of Threlkeld, he's way out of his depth at our level, be interesting to see if he can progress at a lower level.

August 28, 201510 yr We need players like Threlkeld to go out on loan and get experience. Plymouth is ideal because they are one of the bigger clubs in the lower two divisions so there'll be some expectation levels there.
