course he didn't see it

ps inch perfect that pass

I would have thought that the ability to pass was a pre requisite for a professional footballer.

I'm not really vibing the feeney criticism either.

Folk slag him for turning inside etc. Do folk not think that's under managers orders and the reason he's often put on his wrong side is so he does just that?

If his remit was to beat the full back and leg it to the byline then that's what he'd do. I reckon he'd more comfortable doing that. The manager directs otherwise. He wants him to come inside and feed the oncoming Mavies and Clough and retain possession off Madines knock downs. I think he does that pretty well to be honest.

He's not David Lee and this isn't 1993. The days of wingers running to the corner flag and whipping balls in died a long time ago.

On the back of Saturday's win I think we will maintain the momentum and produce another home win 2 - 1

Madine just doesn't look like scoring anytime soon and I know I may be in the minority but throwing Heskey on brings very little. I would have liked to have seen Dobbie instead of Heskey.

Well at least someone could muster up a well thought out response. Good on you gonzo

A win and a clean sheet for the Super Whites.

Has The Flag been on display near the hospital or something??

I'm not convinced on Feeney as a footballer either

But at the minute he's the best right sided player we've got

Lenny seems to get he best out of him and he plays him every week so if we get results that'll do for me

As for Tuesday, my head says a draw 1-1 (Mavies) because I don't think we are that good and I don't think they are that bad.

However, my heart says we build on Saturday and win 3-1 (Mavies, Clough and yes Madine)

And I'm still away so more chance of a victory

1-1 against Wednesday followed up by a win at Huddersfield.

We'll piss it against these Yorkshire pricks.

3-0.

2-0 up at half time with Madine and one of the centre halves scoring. Heskey notches later.

A tad over 13,000 on.

To me Feeney is personification of where we are now; more graft than grace.

When we have the grafters to afford a luxury player, am sure we will try one. However, he is bread and butter; he is never going to grace the champions league final, but he does a job- and reasonably well in my opinion.

Anyway, our home record this past year is enviable to some, think we will build on Saturday... 2-0 Moxey and Madine, 12k, and no grumps in sight ????

Are they allowing free upgrades of kids ST this season for midweek games?

If he qualifies as a referee he just might.

Looking forward to tomorrow, I didn't think we played as well on Saturday as we have done in some of the earlier games, but got the win. I'll go for a 2-0 tomorrow, no idea where the goals are coming from though. Lets hope Madine can get off the mark.

On the whole feeney thing, I think he makes poor decisions some times. Holding the ball up when he should be getting it in earlier usually, giving them time to pick our guys up. But I thought he was man of the first half on Saturday, ignoring his goal.

I reckon somebody is in for a hammering from us...SW could be that team...

Maxine looks like he will never score again.

Will bag 2 or 3 v his old club it is the law.

Feeney? He's where we are at just now. Certainly good enough to be playing in a Championship side but nothing more. He's at his best when he gets his cross in early and when sneaking in at the back post to be a goal threat.

Tonight? I'll go for 1-1 with Mark Davies scoring for us.

Take our early chances we'll win

3-1 Whites. Feeney and Madine (2). We'll shit 'em.

3-1 Bolton

Mark Davies, Madine and Dobbie on as a sub.

3-1 cloughx2 Dobbie off the bench from a breakaway with them pushing for an equaliser.

3-1 popular again I see

2-0 to us

come on you whites!

2-0 to us with silva running riot,

Clough both goals

Genuinely getting a bit giddy for this, under the floodlights, and they're all far too confident on Wednesday Ways. 2-0 Madine and Davies.

3-0 to the whites, and listening in from Dubai.
