Cheese Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Wonderful. Farage has basically said what I predicted he'd say. Quote

As a reminder what you said. “I disagree with Donald pissing on the graves of your dead friends and colleagues, but he was a lovely bloke when I met him". Quote
Popular Post wakey Posted January 23 Popular Post Posted January 23 "what that bloke I like said is wrong, but what's fucking outrageous is that that bloke I don't like hasn't said it's a disgrace" is about the weirdest stance I've ever seen, even on this bat shit side of the forum. Quote

Most people would expect their PM to stick up for their forces. Obviously you have a different stance. Quote

The usuals came on defending him saying he doesn’t need to, or went on a rant about Farage and graves or something. Now he has commented (or someone on his behalf) others are going off on a tangent about me asking why he hadn’t commented at the time. Edited January 23 by royal white Quote
Spider Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Donald Trump fucked kids. It worries me that we may be losing sight of that in amongst his current mentalism Quote
boltonboris Posted January 23 Posted January 23 8 hours ago, Tonge moor green jacket said: I think you're wrong. Big style. What so many seem to miss, is that loads of reform voters are traditional red wall voters. Not a matter of left and right, but just ordinary folk pissed off with the big two for fucking their towns up, reducing standard of living, and crushing the notion of speaking openly without being accused of some "ism" or other. The blinkered ones are those who utter those condemnation at every turn, whilst turning a blind eye to the absolute carnage being imposed on society, because they can't admit their ideology isn't working. Farage hasn't seen that, and has run with it. Reform won't satisfy all its potential voters, as they will have some policy or other that they won't fully agree on. Nevertheless, they will accept that, as the others haven't delivered before, and are failing even more dramatically now. Had they pulled their fingers out of their ears, listened and observed, Reform would be a little fringe party at best, and may not exist at all. It may not last for that long neither if some future merging of minds happens. Until then, the thick, blinkered, ignorant people may just get to use that wonderful thing called democracy to get the change they crave. That is of course, if there aren't further efforts to curb voters' fundamental rights. If Reform voters genuinely believe Farage's US model will improve their standard of living, then they deserve every accusation thrown at them in my opinion Quote

Not one person has defended Trump, you defended Starmer when he hadn’t made a comment. We know you’re a loyal Labour guy who pays for a membership and other weird things like that however It’s not a football team, you can criticise them. Quote

You have a strange interpretation of "obviously". Now our PM has called the comments appalling, you can direct your ire to the lack of condemnation from our wannabe next PM. Or possibly Trump, where it should "obviously" have been directed in the first place. Quote
Spider Posted January 23 Posted January 23 Trump will probably double down and tweet a picture of Captain Blackadder dressed as a chef. Quote
