onlyoneawalker Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 The last time he was a good Manager was so long ago it was when I was thin and had hair, Garrp was a Munich and before MR58 was a silver fox Yea can't argue with that if he started well I could see him getting us on a right roll if he didn't it would be a disaster early doors - suppose it's same for anyone we have got to start well next season Quote
jules_darby Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 How would you define a good manager? No point answering that question as you've stated on many occasions that there are very very few and it's down to luck Quote
Horwich Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Prior to his appontment, I thought coyle was a good manager for what he had done at burnley. Quote
stevieb Posted May 20, 2016 Posted May 20, 2016 Prior to his appontment, I thought coyle was a good manager for what he had done at burnley. I thought the same. And with Freedman. And with Lennon. I'll be happy with spazzy day taking over these days. So long as the clubs here and were paying the wages I honestly couldn't give a fuck who takes over. However. I've just overheard Deano and Ken saying "Browny it is" as I was having my tea in the hotel. Make of that what you will. Stevieb - has £20 on Browny Quote

Even after the FA cup semi, I am sure we turned Spurs over at home playing some Stella football and I forgave him his blip of playing Elmander in midfield thinking we had a manager that would emulate Big Sam...... He out thunk OC at the Reebok but even a Cheese/Undies combo could do that Quote
Sweep Posted May 21, 2016 Posted May 21, 2016 He'd be saying Fower instead four and keckle instead of kettle before the end of his first day. Bolton people don't speak like that, as well you know Quote
Carlos Posted May 21, 2016 Posted May 21, 2016 We do, but the Halliwell accent is different. You'd realise that if you left Holy Harbour. Quote
no balls Posted May 21, 2016 Posted May 21, 2016 Most Bolton people I know say forrrrrrrr for four. Quote

Arsenal we beat - think it was 3-2, late winner anyway Quote
