No, the problem with the tickets was because let every season ticket holder buy 2 tickets, and I think we had about 18000 ST holders. I was missing out until we got the extra allocation

 

I missed out and chucked my season ticket at them.  They refunded what was left and I've never had one since.

I don't recall ever having an issue for tickets for any of the Wembley visits or any of the cup games during the white hot run either.

 

Even got tickets for the game at Maine road when we won the league.

We sold 32,000 for the Middlesbrough game in 2004. Thought we'd sold more than that for the Watford play off final in 1999 but memory may be playing tricks. Would be interesting to know our highest home crowd at the Macron.

70,000 crowd so we must have done around the 30,000 mark surely? Got 21,000 in my head for the Preston play off final mind.

 

I know the highest attendance was the Leicester 2-2 game but Leicester brought a few that day whereas I was thinking the highest number of home supporters. Potentially Atletico Madrid or even the Grimsby game?!

I'd had one since 92.  The thing is though home games are generally shit and without a season ticket theres nothing 'forcing' you to go every week.

I think we are going to need a Vela replacement.

problem we have is I can't see any defensive experienced midfielders who are any good being available on a loan and I think that's likely what we are going to have to do loan a player til Jan. Free agents will prob be a no go unless we can get agreement from efl to bring someone in due to Velas Injury
