Well the league have to approve it and I think the wages have to be capped in line with financial fair play. So not clear cut, but he can sign a contract pending league approval as our signings did last summer.

 Bolton Wanderers Football Club has today confirmed that Lawrie Wilson, Dean Moxey and Mark Davies will not be offered new deals when their contracts expire at the end of June.

Wilson wouldn't have been expensive particularly but I reckon Moxey & Mavies are probably costing around £25k a week. Good riddance

Feel sorry for Wilson. Always thought he tried his heart out but I think he'd struggle in the Championship. Mark Davies will always be a case of what might have been - and Moxey has just been an unmitigated disaster from day one. Although with a fresh start in a new team he might do OK.

Just read in the fb comments of the clubs official post that Mark Davies has been a great servant for the club.

Wish them all well thought moxey would be good and was mostly shit thought Wilson was shite but came good - davies enjoyed watching him play when he did except last season

Davies will end up at a Championship team, who will take a punt on him. He'll have a blinder against us, score the winner, then get injured next game.

Big saving on the wage bill think Davies was on 28k per week never really did it for us I wish him well and Moxey and Wilson as well anybody any idea what Moxey and Wilson was on ?
