The promotion thing was to be a bit different than everyone else. Everyone saying we would walk the league. It took one of the greatest 2nd halves of the season to secure promotion on the last day of the season. Thomason isnt good enough and Evatt knows that. Thats why he didnt even get onto the pitch until we played Wigan. Same with Senior. Not good enough and replaced at the earliest opportunity in January. Both will fade away and find their level in non-league football. Thomasson at somewhere like Chester Senior at somewhere like Lancaster City Quote

Not Glen Hoddle, not Nolan but he'll cut a decent career, certainly at 3rd & 4th division level (y'know, currently OUR level). I suspect the better the players he's with the better he'll show.
