I started my life in this forum as a football fan who didn't really have a bad thing to say about you lot.....to date I had no reason to dislike Bolton in any way, shape or form. Whilst you Lancashire types seem to have this bizarre need to slate us proud Yorkshire men and call us such wonderful things such as "sheep shaggers",  we have always taken it on the chin because we are aware of the demographical statistics for Lancashire.....Which be fair paint the picture of a inferior county with mass poverty, high crime rates and huge drug problems.

 

I joined the WW forum and initially tried to help out fellow football fans by pointing out good boozers, car-parks and so on and so forth....Even at this point a few of the inbred members of the congregation couldn't help but chirp up with derogatory, anti-yorkshire comments for some bizarre reason???.......Anyway I took it on the chin and bared consideration to those who are intellectually challenged.

 

We then have a bit of banter between the two clubs, the majority being tongue in cheek and in good taste......The typical numpty minority taking it a bit two far on both sides however this is football and football has numpties......

 

Then came a Tuesday night game......Bolton win and close the gap by 3 points!!

 

Now i'm not sure if the Bass shandy had a few extra bubbles in Bolton that evening or what, however suddenly a group of giddy wandering neanderthals take it upon themselves to invade Sheffield United boards, throwing insults and abuse about and telling us about how you lot were suddenly coming for us and taking the title and how we had to watch our backs and everything else (Tell me, how did that turn out by the way?).

 

In addition to this we have the slight issue of a complete "tool" and "thug" who is employed as a striker by Bolton FC........But again we know he is just that anytway.......

 

And then we have the issue of "The Smiler" himself....step up Mr Parkinson!......Completely uncomplimentary and bitter as usual.....Always seems to watch a different game to everyone else! Never sees him own teams failings!......The opposition are too physical or the referee and linesman aren't up to the job!.....Always somebody to blame!

 

Then finally we have a particular statement made by Bolton's owner.....ever complimentary towards us as with the rest.....

 

But despite all of the above??.....We've done nbothing wrong!!! Why all the hatred!!! Strange mob those Sheffielders :-)

 

Even now you lot feel the need to point out the threads and posts on our boards regarding you lot......Yet hiding firmly behind "tinted white specs", you take little to no responsibility for how all of this animosity began in the first place?? Bizarre that ain't it??

Anyway as I pointed out when apparently I was supposedly quaking in my boots the other week :-) ........We romped home with the title and made light work of it all in the end!.....I told you I wasn't worried because we are by far superior to you lot. 

 

You lot pointed out the two victories against us.......In which I pointed out that the first was at the beginning of the season, with a completely new squad playing together for the first time!!

 

The second coming against a weakened and changed, 2nd string Sheffield United side......In a competition that in all fairness we weren't overly bother about, hence the changes!....

 

 

The third however would be different as I pointed out!.......A proper "team" had been born over in S2......Full of confidence and making light work of opponent after opponent!.....I said we would put you lot to the sword and we did!!

Being a team on the up, with a chairman who has stated his intentions to bankroll our Championship efforts and a manager who knows how to manage players and get them playing at the top of their game......well the future is very bright!!

It's actually hilarious how much the other teams(Bradford and Sheff U) care about us, just look at their forums, and with their fans coming on here. Just proves we are way too big to be playing in this division, so whilst we are here, they are making the most of it.

 

I mean come on, We have spent more years in the top flight than both Bradford and Shef U combined

What this fool fails to realise is that when he first came on here with his advice on pubs, etc he was thanked, and quite rightly so. It was only when he came back after an apparent dust-up after the game telling us that we were a load of cunts when, firstly, it had nowt to do with anyone on here, and secondly, failed to acknowledge the fact that his own club's fans were just as bad that day

I think the lad embarrassed himself writing that. Don't think many on here are to bothered about Sheffield and probably tipped them for promotion, I personally have a few friends who live over Yorkshire way and have always got on well with them on holiday etc. I wouldn't be bothered if Bradford joined us in the championship next season much better than going to Millwall or Southend. Good luck and well done to Sheffield united, you've been the best team in the league this season that's why you've won the league it doesn't lie after 46 games. And when we finish 2nd hopefully you will have the good grace to admit the same, although you probably won't. Keep the faith everyone because we are going to do it, we will win on Tuesday and we will be promoted!!!!!

I'd like two decent boozing away games to come up with us, I drove to both Sheffield and Bradford this year and they sounded like right piss ups so that will do me.
