Sluffy
Tbf, as much as he is a nob, along with Suffolk white, I've no evidence to link him to them Other than being extremely supportive of them and knocking Ken and Lee Anderson from day one One of the live twitter feeds done at the time we were in court at the end of Davies reign, which was supposedly being done by 'Smurf' was actually done by one of the ST board - George Bower (twitter name Continuum). Not that it means anything and we were all happy to hear news from whoever could supply it but I felt a bit uneasy at the time due to the lack of transparency both by a key ST representative and the LoV site on behalf of who pretend that it was 'Smurf' who was tweeting, when they knew he wasn't. Why the need for the pretence particularly after the ST had put themselves forward at the time as a rival bidder to Holdsworth (and consequently Anderson) becoming the clubs new owner and had promised to be open, honest and transparent themselves! It all seemed a bit unnecessary, disreputable and underhanded to me and that's how things have seemingly continued in my opinion and which is something I find quite ironic considering that the ST, LoV, Smurf et al seem to be basing their continuing objection to Anderson being at the club on the very same reasons. Moderators Casino Posted May 24, 2017 Author Moderators Share Posted May 24, 2017 Bower is another cock:) He's another who may/may not be on the board It's amazing how difficult it is to get to the truth with the mistrust

Moderators Carlos Posted June 12, 2017 Moderators Share Posted June 12, 2017 I don't believe anything until the Supporters' Trust have tweeted it, hiding behind someone else's account.
Sluffy
For what it is worth I think the ST has been potted for now. Bridge their Chairman has reportedly gone - although neither Iles or his friends on the LoV have made any comments what so ever on the matter - nor indeed the ST themselves publically on their website or twitter. Also the BWSA seems to have suddenly become more 'in the know' than the ST ever was, by tweeting last week about forthcoming signings - which occurred the very next days. The only 'anti-Anderson' left standing seems to be Firth (the Smurf) who posted an article on the LoV demanding that Ken sort out the BluMarble loan, bring income into the club, publish the accounts, get us out of the transfer embargo and buy players to strengthen the squad - right this minute, so to speak. I won't link to the article as it is honestly not worth reading in my opinion.
Moderators Carlos Posted June 12, 2017 Moderators Share Posted June 12, 2017 They are still tweeting! Happy birthday to Bruno N'Gotty btw! Is it a bot or a real person behind that? Either way, the AGM is coming up, surely.
Doomandgloom
Inner Circle Investments (i.e. KA) has offered to pay the BluMarble loan in full. I assume that we can take this statement at face value and BWFC assets will not be sold off to meet part or all of the loan (bear in mind there is a legal charge against BWFC assets if the loan is not paid, approved by the Directors last year). Whatever the views of LoV it makes some valid points. The Club is in limbo until this loan is paid off, the 2015/16 accounts are produced (2 months overdue) and the auditors are able to express satisfaction that the Club is a viable going concern (remember that Deloittes were forced to resign because they were unable to obtain sufficient information from the Directors to satisfy themselves that the Club was viable on a going concern basis). With respect there is nothing in your post that we were not aware of following from last months adjournment. The same applies fully to the LoV article also. The only issue that I do take you up on is whether or not Deloittes were as you state "FORCED to resign". Anderson stated that it was his intention to change auditors because of Deloittes costs compared to other companies some months before they resigned from doing the clubs audit. The change of audit companies had previously been made public before the event happened. Maybe the Deloitte contract was terminated earlier than initially agreed I don't know, but as for being 'forced' to leave, is that your knowledge of the matter or merely an assumption you are making? Remember any audit company will be required to apply the same auditing principles to the accounts and as such the new audit company will still need to satisfy themselves fully about ownership issues and the club being a going concern. These matters can't simply be 'hidden away' by simply changing auditors. As I'm sure you probably know all that in the first place it makes me curious of why you posted what you have done above? Doomandgloom
The legal resignation notice is recorded by Companies House on 21/4/2017. I am surprised you have not read it. The auditors set out the reasons for their resignation. The Club is, of course, legally obliged to bring it to the notice of all creditors and shareholders. I am not sure that this has been done. For whatever reason, you obviously feel that this is not valid information to raise.

I read it several weeks ago and my point still stands, as I said above - "...the new audit company will still need to satisfy themselves fully about ownership issues and the club being a going concern. These matters can't simply be 'hidden away' by simply changing auditors". You however have swerved my question as to why you stated they were "FORCED to resign" . The club announced the change of auditors on the 29th March - see link below - http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/sport/15189671.Wanderers_appoint_new_financial_director_and_auditors/ I'm sure you were aware of this so again in makes me even more curious as to what your game is?
