Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

Just seen that, he seems to have got a page from a prospectus

£25m seems a bit steep on the face of it however if our wage bill has come down enough that we no longer lose huge sums every month then it's likely a reasonable price for the assets on offer (football team or not)

Sold by Monday to the high net worth individuals

Or not

What does no structured debt and just normal trade creditors mean

If it means blumarble gone and debt to ED, Brett W gone, it's a little bit shitty to infer KA is sticking 25 million in his back pocket

Well they have their price now.

money where their mouth is time

How much is that per member?

Ken making £25m Is he bollocks

Aye

Eddie something between 10 and 15

Brett 2

Prescott 5

Blumarble upwards of 5

And on going monthly losses

Unless ED has written off another chunk, I'm not sure he makes very much at all

Good to have such a clear cut sale tag now after the restructuring. Previously the Club was tainted by the opaque dealings of Davies etc.

Ken Anderson deserves to make money out of it he's done a sterling job but probably as far as he can take us with minimal investment.

If he's selling for 25 million and there's no debt I thinking Eddie wrote off his 15million.

The £15m can still be owed but cleared at the point of sale thus the club has no debt

Money owed to Eddie is based on future success and i would think zero for the calculations you made

Why do I have a feeling this won't end well

Cue Jonathan Disley...

Eddie to 'buy us back'????

Cue Jonathan Disley...

Either him or the STs "High Net Worth" members

Form a queue...

Allardyce is much more likely to turn up as an owner than manager, in my view

Still pretty unlikely mind, but he will be a HNW

Do people want him to sell it for free?

Jules Darby is busy putting his consortium together

Jules Darby is busy putting his consortium together

The ex-footballer or the real one?

One presumes that any potential owners will have to be vetted by the ST hierarchy

Do people want him to sell it for free?

Not free, but for a price someone will buy it for. If he pulls it off then fair play but I can't see it. Hope I'm wrong

Think the amount for the club is reasonable with the bits what come with it as well

But unless on top of that there is a significant amount to invest for the playing side and to cover monthly losses then it isn't for some two bob consortium
