£25m seems a bit steep on the face of it however if our wage bill has come down enough that we no longer lose huge sums every month then it's likely a reasonable price for the assets on offer (football team or not)

Good to have such a clear cut sale tag now after the restructuring. Previously the Club was tainted by the opaque dealings of Davies etc.

But unless on top of that there is a significant amount to invest for the playing side and to cover monthly losses then it isn't for some two bob consortium
