Which suggest pabs is right in league placings. But no cups for 22 years is poor from a club Evertons size

 

In terms of Allardyce, I'm not that bothered what he does now. Will always be grateful for his years here but he has had 6 clubs since us so our connection with Sam feels a bit watered down now.

Im not one of these new age fans the change what "success" means ever season, to justify failure.

 

Finishing top 7, even top 4 is NOT success.

 

Top 7 is a realuistic target, its not a target of success.

 

The Cup is a different story.

Every manager will say those things to silence the critics, in reality Everton will be nowhere near the top 7 and no chance of winning any cup

We are only 2 points worse off than this stage last season....with same amount of goals...ended up 16 points clear of 8th.
