Black Puddings

Must try white pud. Never had it what's it like?

If you get a good one it has the consistency of a solid pate with a peppery/pork taste. You get it in a horseshoe ring like black pudding, slice it and dry fry it, then spread it on toast with a fried egg on top. Heaven!!! Don't go for the Clonakilty shite, it's got big lumps of barley in it and barely any pepper so is really bland
