Is it still all going to plan?

Two people usually ask this question.

Your goodself being one sir and the other being Spider.

Both of you ask this question whilst both proclaiming to be the most affected by the Brexit sideshow.

Merely an observation now, but do you two actually enjoy in revelling in being at a loss at present ?....Obvoiusly not, so why ask the same gloating question, when you’re actually at a serious loss ?....A bit strange in my book,... but I’m now Noddy’s best friend, so, it’s over to you Big Ears.

Please don’t take it the wrong way old bean, as I’m obviously a Leave voter and doing ok from it all at present.....not gloating, just merely doing a Roy Walker and saying what I see as I’ve explained before to Winchester White many pages ago.

Chin chin.

Maybe time to close the thread for a month and let tempers settle for a while and once our elected representatives have sorted this whole debacle out we will have a clearer idea of how the future will pan out.

And concentrate on the "takeover" thread

AARGHHH!

Eight hour cabinet meeting and she has announced nothing of note.

'I'm going to sit down with Jeremy Corbyn'.  Ace, that will achieve f## all at this stage.

She should have been doing that over a year ago.

Indeed. A total waste of time. Corbyn will agree a deal then still whip Labour to vote against it. A pair of morons who won’t be able to work together. She should be working with backbench Labour MPs.

If Corbyn had a brain he’d insist on only a customs union and rip the Tory party in half in the process. But he doesn’t.

Wonder if they’ll put it back to the people?!

As predicted she's bottling it.

As soon as MPs close off no deal, the EU will have a big wank fest.

Unless of course, she tells Corbyn, I'll go immediately if you back my deal, and ban Jewish people from the Tory party.

I know it is mate.

If it was a TV show, everyone would say “bollocks, it can’t be real” :D

I’m still going for No Deal, but with the way it’s going, our great great great great grandchildren’s great great great great grandchildren’s kids will still be brawling like fuck on here over it.

Until they legally remove it.

Sounding like they're preparing to do so.

I thought No Deal for a while, but they’ll come up with a new law no doubt within the next day or so to flatten it.

Stinks now of utter corruption......

One lesson we should all heed, irrelevant of leave or remain is the utter “I’m alright Jack” attitude of the elite here, which is so ironic.

Our pathetic government and the equally corrupt EU should be forced to sit in a room with Gonzo, force feeding them porn, Mr H giving them the death stare and forcing humongous lines of bing spelt in their initials up their depleted septums and bwfcfan5 feeding them self obsessed bullshit.

That combination would soon be a decent government running our fine nation.

She didn’t have much choice. If she pushed on with her deal alone she was facing a no confidence vote in parliament. If she went no deal she was definitely facing a no confidence vote and would have lost badly which would have required a general election with the polls not looking so good for the Tories right now - she’s also have ended with a long delay.

The only move she really had was bring Corbyn in and try and push through her deal with a softer future relationship. At least that way she staves off a no confidence vote for a while. Our system is not designed to cope with issues that divide across party lines. This shows exactly why.

I said there will be a deal, there was/is a deal, but I don’t think it will get over the line now in any form. I Think Brexit is lost.

If Brexit is lost mate, will there be a bloodbath on the streets ?

Just asking metaphorically for a Trotter from Salford ?

I think you’re right

I still think that we should honour the result, by the way.

But what a fucking mess

Yes. To the Remainers plan. I include TM in this.

Nothing but run interference and obstruction since the day after the referendum result. I look forward to the day when the ballot box delivers what many of the treacherous cunts deserve.

Stay positive Leavers.

We are still due to leave on the 12th April, yet Treason May isn't due to meet EU leaders until the 10th to present her new deal (which she first needs to agree with Corbyn). Even then, the EU need agree the said deal, and/or an extension.

Oh, and Yvette Cooper's new Bill to stop No Deal has, apparently, 3 big legal holes in it.

Tick Tock
