Well they caught up no bother, so being in Europe ain't an issue supply wise anymore.

And is there a link with us being out of Europe and a larger number if thick cunts?

(Dons tin hat and dives in trench)

Ha ha - I was half way to writing about some form of correlation or Venn diagram.

I thought I'd best leave it.

Yet the UK is currently top of the league for economic growth among G7 nations. How strange.....

Is it forecast?

Headline GDP growth amongst nations is not comparable due to the ways they are measured. As a metric its weak, but I take it you knew that.

Of course he doesn't.

He'll have read it in a Telegraph opinion piece

I raised this as a counter to certain folk on here using it in pro remain arguments when beds were being wet a few months back.
Strange how it’s used on both sides of the argument isn’t it.

agreed it’s a poor measure really and far to Much emphasis placed on it in isolation

I'm convinced Rees-Mogg is the real power behind the throne.

We'll be back to shillings and farthings next.

Then everyone won't have to pretend its still 1952, we can actually live the dream.

Boris Johnson is to announce the return of imperial weights and measures, making it legal for market stalls, shops and supermarkets to sell their goods using only Britain’s traditional weighing system post-Brexit

Nope. It was spoken in parliament today.

You can try to create a parallel reality if you wish. Well ...we can clearly see you do.

Never mind though - decent gate at the Unibol on Saturday and hopefully another home win. Future looks bright in so many ways.

Spoken in Parliament. A known den of piss and wind.

You're right about the football though. On that, you always are 🙂

We're a fucking ridiculous country sometimes.

Top man the Moggster 👌

💣

I have no issue with folk being posh. Fair play, I'd probably carry a walking cane with a brass eagle on top and beat peasantry now and again if I could.

He shouldn't be anywhere near the machinery of power though

I don't think you can use it to back up anything, it's a totally useless measurement. It's not as though GDP is a league table.

🤣 seriously bitter, its not like we have left Europe, we are still part of the place, we've just left a trading club.

I can see him when he's popped his euro crocs, coffin draped with the blue and yellow starred European Union flag, picture of Junker & Barnier at the front 😁

Eulogies delivered on the theme of the "precautionary principle" and the Common Agricultural Policy.

Now, now lads. No one is suggesting you're both dressing like John Bull whilst slapping each other round with an imperial weight of Lincolnshire sausages.

Well, maybe Paul a little bit. Just to relax, like.

It was never particularly an issue of supply, it was an issue of choosing to negotiate the price and delaying the manufacturing process.

The reason the UK was in a position to offer vaccines to the entirety of its adult population quicker than any other tier one European nation was because we opted not to negotiate on price (at least to the same extent) and instead purchase as many vaccines from as many suppliers as possible.

And proper shiny loafers, I reckon he doesn't do Gaz & Leccy, he is more of an oil lamp chap.

I find Mogg intriguing, he is easy to listen to and articulate, doesn't make him PM material, but he should be in the Cabinet imo, as should Penny Mourdant.

He's a prick.

He fits in pretty well with the cabinet in all honesty. A lurid mix of incompetence, deviance, dishonesty and good old fashioned gorging at the bottomless trough of donations from shadowy millionaires.

I would bet a good amount of money that the only pornography he looks at is Thatcher wagging her finger at Kinnock.

He's a legend

Think I've mentioned this before. A friend of mine was at university with him. He swanned around like that when he was 18. I was down there visiting and they were taking the piss off him back then. Not that he gives a shit.
