To be fair - I'd never heard of this case before and it's horrific. But I googled his name and this is what came up......

Yep. This goes back to last October. I made the claim then. This might shed some light and explain the reason for the ‘suppression’ The murder was carried out 6 days before this tweet.

I know it’s McKenzie and I know it’s the Sun but is he right? I’m guessing you don’t agree. We can’t all agree about everything.🤷‍♂️

“Coverage by MSM of Mr Carney’s murder has been lamentable. Why? Were editors worried at being accused of trouble causing because the Oct 7 massacre had only just happened? “

It was being reported then and it's being reported

I guess your issue and his is that it wasn't the number one story on the news but not sure why that would irl you

He seems to think there would've been more coverage had it been in Guildford rather than Hartlepool, so not really sure what his issue is because he then starts going on about Keir Starmer

Yep

We did this at the time

Bobby said it wasn't being reported and a quick search showed everyone had reported it

Going off that the only papers reporting on it in October were the telegraph and the local rag.

It didn’t irk me. I made an observation. As for McKenzie, I highlighted the relevant point. It doesn’t mean I agreed with everything.

He's just throwing loads of questions out, presumably rhetorical ones

What conclusion did you come to?

That the news was suppressed. For reasons I understand but don’t agree with. Again, I don’t expect you to agree with me.

below is the image I posted for Boby at the time to show him that it was being reported when he thought it was being "overlooked" - he said he couldn't make out the image as it wasn't user friendly

but to be clear it shows it was at least reported by:

Cleveland Police
The Guardian
BBC
SKY
Counter Terroism Police
ITV
The Times

Was it suppressed, or just not an "interesting story" compared to what else was happening at the time? - I honestly don't know. It really is a terrible event, but I can't say I'd be bothered one way or the other if it was reported or not.

yeah, I can't agree that it was being surpressed or overlooked because it was widely reported both then and now, as has been demonstrated

Your image is if Internet links.

Can't say I can remember either way, but was there much coverage on main news bulletins?

Some cases for whatever reason will always be reported on more than others. The St George’s day celebration scuffles and the Eid celebration riots being a perfect example.

Reform? The lunatic fringe of conservative politics?

Had you been championing a party closer to David Cameron/ George Osborne style Tories (even though I don't agree with them politically) I might have thought you wanted something beneficial for the country and a return to sensible politics. Reform are no more a sensible political choice than the Communist Party. Just gobshites stirring up pointless culture war bollocks the same as that twat in the lala land thread just coming from the other end of the political spectrum.

Unlikely I'll be listening to the beaded lunatic fringe of W'Ways politics.

David Cameron/George Osborne? You are kidding aren't you? As wet as Rishi.

Surely you'll get behind them. The same way we all had to get behind Brexit?

Behind them with a grenade maybe.

May? Surely it takes more than a month to set up an election?

Listening to hysterical idiots like Spider is never a good prognosis but you knew that didn't you?

Remember the dilemma he faces with choices. His predictions are based on morbid fear.

General Election in May. Announced Monday.

YHIHF

We're not having a General Election this year, never mind next month.

What was the massive suppressed story Miami was about to uncover?

Last time I spoke to him he told me to look out for something big happening at a pub in Manchester that began with S but wouldn't go into further detail

I kept an eye out but never saw anything

Perhaps that was surpressed too
