Ken can take out as much as he wants and if that's more than the manager or any player then fair play, there's no one else that as irreplaceable.

Ken should do the honorable thing and only pay himself the minimum wage and 25% off at the club shop (excluding already discounted items).

On the subject of suing........that twitter stuff from Shortland, essentially saying that KA is stealing from the club, can't be far from libellous.
