April 9, 20188 yr Lot to agree with there Not least put things in the past and realise we are still where we would all have taken in august Not sure anyone would complain about our position; for me it's about the spectacle of going to the game; enjoying it, the atmosphere, excitement and entertainment. Maybe I'm just getting older but I can't remember time when it was worse. Even in the fourth division it was just more enjoyable. It's just dour tedium now, I know a lot of superfans will go come what may; but if ken is to get his wish of bigger crowds then it will need to improve.

As the world and its pundits bemoaned our long-ball style, we celebrated getting under the noses of some great opponents with exactly that style. As an entertainment method, I'd rather be walking home from a dour 1-0 win than a pulsating 3-4 classic where the opposition grabbed a 97th minute winner. It's what being a partisan supporter is all about. If I wanted entertaining I'd go and spend my money at the theatre.
