Winning football is entertaining football.

 

It's not the tactics that are the issue it's the player seem to be shit at said tactics.

 

So parky needs to change them.

 

Playing the way parky has us at the moment would be great if it was working as it was last season.

For much of last season the football was poor. Papered over some of the cracks with centre halves scoring shit loads.

How many minutes has clough played? How much has he played at forest?

 

Bringing him on when we're losing, twatting it up in the air is really going to get the best of him.

haven't seen enough of Clough to form an opinion. Heard today that Clough didn't want to come back and play for parkinson and even more so now he's not even playing.

I play snooker tuesday nights got away with it last week due to an away match on Wendesday but no such luck this week. I have picked Snooker thats where im at in the which will be more entertaining and enjoyable stakes im afraid.

Nothing at all unusual about this.

 

Company Boards of Directors are appointed by their shareholder.

 

Anderson owns 95% of the shares so even if every other shareholder votes against him they can only muster 5% of the total votes.

 

This is just a required procedural step to reappoint the Board of Directors at the AGM.

 

(In fact as Burnden Leisure is not a public listed company, there is no need to even have an AGM - that's why we've not heard about any over the last few years.  I guess Mr Anderson is deliberately holding a public AGM this time as a signal that he has nothing to hide, to anyone looking to possibly buy or invest in the club).

 

 

As for the ST, their accounts for the year up to 31 July, 2017, should have been filed at the Financial Conduct Authority's, Mutuals Public Register, this week - they aren't shown as being filed currently.
