I've seen naff all of the game. I take it sterling's finishing wasn't up to the mark?

His diving was shite too.

First half OK. Fell asleep in the second.

They are never great these warm ups. No one wants to get injured.

England v Jamaica in 2006 was good. Bambi playing for them and rice and pea served outside OT.

Sterling is going to ruin my world cup

The bag of shit

Frustrating isn't he?

Saying to my brother Sat - there's not a 'footballing brain' between the lot of them, but he's especially poor given the physical ability.  Spain or Germany would rip that midfield a new arse hole, or three.

Also frustrates when another team tweak their set up and it takes England 45 minutes to adjust - which is a symptom of the above.

Still, if Wales can make the Euro Semis then anything is possible.

Sane left out of the German side

One of the best players in the league all season and premier league winner

Mental

And Danny Wellbeck gets fucking picked

The thing with Welbeck is that after his first touch the next thing he has to do is try and sort out his legs. The fucker looks like he's permanently about to fall on his arse.

As an athlete he is a cracking specimen (hello sailor!!) but i'm yet to be convinced there is a much of a footballer in him.

Couldn't agree more

His brain isn't in sync eith his legs

I honestly think he's one of the biggest frauds to play at the highest level

How's hes played for both united and arsenal is beyond me

He's the current Peter Crouch seemingly bobbins but with a cracking international goals per game ratio.

Peter Crouch is ace. I’d of loved to have signed him at some point

Interesting revelations by Danny rose. Hope he's reet for the competition.

It's good to see people like Rose speaking out about their mental health, too many people think that just because they're loaded from kicking a bag of air around they shouldn't suffer from the big black dog.

Too right frank. His admission that he's not told many people indicates there's still a way to go.

Especially the fact he hadn't told his family. I get his desire not to go public but unfortunately families may not be as understanding as we'd like

Very sad news and such a shame his family don't feel they can attend.

Can't work out if they're being a bit mard or if it really will be that bad though.

There's no place for racism in any society but I do wonder if standing up to it with pride and dignity is a better way than coming off the pitch or not attending, a la Jesse Owens or Cyrille Regis?

Saw that.   Wasn't great was it?  The views I mean.

Have to be careful not to tar a whole country as one though as that would be  . . . er . . . you know ;)

My issue is the lack of sanctions FIFA have posed, or relatively tiny fines.

Again though, seems harsh to punish a club/country for their fans - unless they are seemingly doing nothing about it/encouraging it (as in the hooliganism thing).
