Into my last few days of a 10 day holiday in Oludeniz Turkey. I can’t recommend it enough, the only time we had to wear masks was on the plane and in taxis, most folk respect the social distancing (apart from the Russians). Temperature is a lovely 40 + every day. Off to the blue lagoon tomorrow for a swim with Turtles! Aghhhhh it’s a hard life

Top place, went for my honermoon.

Done well squeezing that in pal

When France got pulled the other week we looked at going to Turkey instead (Flying our this Friday - 28th)

Bottled it though assuming it was working it’s way onto the banned list

Will be kicking myself when I’m freezing my bollocks off in Devon this weekend

We had Ibiza cancelled due to the hotel closing after Quarantine was announced, had a choice of a full refund or a change of holiday, thought Fuck it let’s go for it. 5 star hotel which ended up  £400 cheaper, I’ve been made up with it. Just hoping no smart bloke comes up with a quarantine plan between now and Saturday. 🤞

But there’s no problem in Spain????

Less than 100 people in every 100,000 infected, most in the north, I will take my chance 600 miles from the hotspot and sat on a beach or in the pool with just me the wife and lad.

It wasn’t aimed at you so just get some more sun cream on and relax.

interesting that regional lockdown looks to have worked in Bolton, Stockport and Trafford, but making no difference elsewhere

Wigan were the first to be relaxed, still under 20, but going up!

('m assuming 20 is the threshold for regional lockdowns as well)

if you look at the figures on 08/08 when regional was introduced, and then the last one - of the 10 regions, 3 have gone up, the rest down, including the overall score for the region

Manchester and Bury look to have issues, Wigan less so

that would suggest they do work to me, as much as I hate them
