August 28, 20232 yr It’s taken 9 years, with ups and downs on the way, but now hit my initial target weight loss, of 7 stone. As @Casinoonce said, or similar, would you be happy to be at the new weight? Well, happier, but another 2 stone to my weight when in the swimming team at school.
