If it wasn't so serious it would be funny. I was prepared to give Bassini the benefit of doubt, and if you take things at face value then it's clear that Bassini doesn't have the funds to honor the agreement made and signed. Based on that administration or liquidation will happen sooner than later. Unless there is someone with necessary funds lurking in the background, I fear that there is no way back.

 

So, is the sale now off? That statement sort of gives that impression to me, but I am probably misreading it
