I think the issue is who pays the bills to people required to get the game on...as Iles says these are historical bills - so not a case of a single payment being enough. FV paid for players to play last weekend. But at what point do they say "we aren't paying anything more till we own it". In fairness I'd not be paying in their position. 

And the club clearly doesn't have much if any cash in the bank.
