  • Don’t think ever felt as proud to be a Bolton fan. 2 kids, the wife, peteski and my old man kicking and heading every ball at the end like it was the World Cup final.  We are in it together

  • Our lot gutted, but well done your kids - showed a lot of heart (and got stuck in). Good luck for the rest of the season.

Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if this gets delayed till tomorrow & FV hope they concluded a deal for the hotel.

The hotel isn't magically resolved tomorrow if it can't be resolved today. Its frustrating how people have believed this.

You can't buy the hotel without agreement from secured creditors - whether that is today, tomorrow next month a year....

I just can’t see how it goes ahead at this stage.

Theres no way there’ll be any bovril left that’s for certain.

The only way I can now see this game going ahead is if there is an immediate announcement that the club has been sold and  that its pay on the day .

Don't see that happening

NB   Bovril lasts for ever - they've still got jars that were transferred over from Burnden

We'll see what happens tomorrow, i'll shut my mouth if your right, why would Quantuma set deadline tomorrow for the bids if that was the case?

It is completely surreal. Past the stage of remembering what normal was like.

While all around us transfers are going into meltdown, feels like we're not even in the same sport.

That is a process but once secured creditors are happy with a deal they can sign it off at any point...if they aren't happy doesn't matter that its the end of bids...

Quantuma don't decide - they present what they consider to be the best offer to creditors. And if the takeover is done tomorrow it simply means that creditors have signed off on FV's proposal for the hotel finally....

We've heard many of times the secured creditors are happy with that they have received, suppose hopefully tomorrow should give us more clarity if they are or not

What? We heard the deal was all agreed last week but then fell apart when a secured creditor on the hotel (and there are two and its not PbB) decided they didn't like the contract.......it doesn't say they are unhappy with the settlement - but at the last minute wanted the contract changing.

I'll leave you to read between the lines.

im not going cos its too expensive

is increasingly looking like an excuse that nobody will need to make

... and you need at least 4 houses on each of the properties within the colour set.

And then you’re fekked if you have to do street repairs.

Is he wrong? It is getting very late to have everything in place....I'd have thought.

All that chat about £24 being outrageous is like complaining about hospital car parking charges then learning it's shutting because it hasn't the funds to stay open. Then it gets saved at the last minute and everyone is up in arms because they aren't reducing parking to £1.

What a daft analogy. so you’d be happy to pay to park your car at a hospital with no doctors and no beds and the nurses all walking out because they haven’t been paid.

£24 was a massive piss take in anyone’s book and the club know it but they thought that people where numb enough to pay it. Based on your post it seems they may have been right, about a few anyway.

Any ticket news, then?

We remain in regular contact with Bolton Wanderers regarding Saturday. While there is no ticket update currently, we have been assured the game will go ahead. When we receive a ticketing update, we will let fans know ASAP. #PUSB

Really pissed off now with this situation, at least thought we would of heard something by now. Not even got the decency to let the fans know what's going on, but administrators taking a shit load out of the club each day.

They don't get paid till its sold. So am sure they are as fed up as you are.

They get paid more the longer it drags out surely?

Anyway, has to be pay on the door now, that or closed doors surely

£20 adults £10 concession, brink your own Bovril / Beer / Butties (delete as appropriate)

Any chance the game goes ahead with a restricted capacity? The priority is to get the game on. Could they restrict the capacity to 3-4K to minimise the costs of hosting the game. If the game still goes ahead you would assume it would keep the EFL happy.

But they'd be earning more on a fresh administration - initial fees are higher. So they won't want to have been stuck here. Who knows if they'll even be able to recover their full fees when this mess is done with.

As for pay on the door - depends on police.
