Does anyone get ill any more ?

Not with COVID or cancer and the like, I mean every day things like bad guts or ear infections or hayfever or whatever. Can understand the decrease in contagious things like colds but what about the rest ?

Got asked to look at something at work yesterday and apart from a lass who had an operation we had no sick days in 2020. There's about 20 of us in the building and apart from a spell during the first lockdown everyone has worked as normal, there's a mix of ages, sexes, colours, fitness levels, alkyness, stoners, bone idle cunts, grafters and nobody had a day off ill. Unheard of with some of the fuckers at our place.

I had a terrible cough a few weeks ago, then @Rudysaid he had some special soothing lotion, but he had to apply it straight to the back of my throat, and I had to be blind folded whilst he did it, as it is a new top secret treatment that he's been working on. Obviously I couldn't see what he was doing, but I think he applied it with some sort of sausage, clearly he had to find just the right spot, as it took several minutes before the lotion was applied. It was thick and salty, but seemed to do the trick. Apparently I have to go back every two or three weeks for a booster, to stop it coming back

If you don't like the taste he does it as a suppository too.

Had an ear infection about 4 weeks ago, spinning head and mouth full of ulcers, Doctor signed me off with stress. Shouldn't be back in work really but it's difficult as work simply say "work from home".
