Firstly, its obviously a terrifying prospect that an actor might melt their awards. One we should all be concerned about if that red line is ever crossed.

Secondly, we all know Tom Hanks is a brilliant soldier, Cruise can fly planes and play volleyball, The Rock has fought in Jumanjii, half of the audience have superpowers. I mean, if he can't speak to a room of the world's richest people backpatting each other for playing dress up to get the message across to the world that people are dying in his country through no fault of their own, well, it may as well not be happening.

Plus, it'll be a great moment in the biopic.

There were suggestions a couple of weeks ago that Abramovich may have been quietly acting as a peace broker between Russia and Ukraine. This before he was sanctioned.

Might tie in with the suggestions he's been poisoned, together with Ukrainians, as a means of warning.

Then again, it could all be absolute bollocks.
