Cause for concern?

In a world full of Russia...be Lithuania, although I also heard Albania did similarly. 

Lithuania has imposed an inexpensive sanction on Russia by deploying the very effective, but not-so-deadly weapon of humour.

The street in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, where the Russian embassy is located, was renamed "Street of Ukrainian Heroes", forcing the embassy to change its postal address and thus pay tribute to Ukraine with every letter and card.

Thing is,  do embassies even get much snail mail these days

False flag, or genuine strike- don't know, but there is a risk that Russia now look to up the anti. Troops withdrawing from around Kyiv and Chernobyl; hopefully just a coincidence. 

It’s a difficult one to call this. Ukraine haven’t done much wrong so far. I’ve no doubt that they are backed, intelligence wise, by the US and dare I say the U.K. (taking nothing from Ukrainian’s fighting spirit) Interesting that Russia’s diplomatic response has been muted. A strike on their own country and the apparent repelling  of its forces by superior Ukraine forces could be the turning point or it could mean a huge escalation by Russia. I’d personally go for the former.

Rumours of Russian soldiers taken to Belarusian hospitals with radiation sickness. Not thought to be from the plant itself but they dug in around Prypyat the daft sods.
