Its appeasement, that's all it is, and more people will end up dying in the longer term if you essentially capitulate to agressors. These aren't peace deals in the slightest.

  • We’ve reached a point where folk are so entrenched in their support for trump that they’ll side with Putin if it means not losing face on the socials. Thats where we are now. its ok

  • That Vance is a bigger cunt than Trump

Russia couldn't strike into Poland, it doesn't have the kit or men to do so. It can barely gain a few km a week against Ukraine with an ammo shortage.

I'm pretty sure it could launch missiles into Poland if it really wanted to.

Not that this would be a clever idea.

Mind you - it doesn't look like there been any movement on the missiles anyway.

I think Zelensky will quietly get the nod to use them, instead of announcing it so that Vlad can be ready for them (IMO)

Oh of course but he would get absolutely annihilated if he did.

His biggest mistake was trusting his generals that they could just ride into Kyiv almost unopposed.

He completely misunderstood and continues to misunderstand why many Ukrainians don't want to live under the shadow of Russia and look west not east.

That's what I'm thinking. Or (ahem) use them without 'permission'

This is massive. Registered as an earthquake.

I dread to think, chemical?, nuclear?

It’s not the first time that Ukraine has hit military targets in Russia, it’s just the biggest. The worrying thing for the Russians is that their air defences were inadequate for such an important target. I’d say it’s the Russians who should be worried with the threat of longer range missiles on the horizon.

Of course with Putin, anything could happen.

Hopefully the Russian public might start to see through the cunt, and create some sort of movement that facilitates his outing.

Long shot, but who knows.

It's unbelievable how entrenched his support is though, years of carefully controlled media has got most of their country in victim mode and are fully behind the little bastard.

Tbf I grew up hating the Irish because everyone told me too.

Then I read some books :)

Of course, but we all know that there have been protests before, and that they were clamped down upon.

Similarly in Iraq, with Sadam.

The people are scared to do anything but the will is there. Hundreds of thousands of bereaved families shouting ever louder, may change things in time.

Yep, they along with Georgia and others are doing very well in Importing Mercs etc. Unfortunately we seem to be selling lots of Range Rovers also. Plus tons of electronic equipment needed for cruise missiles, drones etc.

It's a murky world.

Looking at the same fellas posts lower down, Italy has also followed the same pattern as Germany, to the same country.
