As before, I know little of what he has said.

I do know he was a family man, and probably believing in our nuclear family system. That is part of western values.

I've not heard one commentator say that he advocated violence, indeed the did the opposite and continually said dialogue was the way forward.

That most certainly is a traditional western value.

As far as secularism goes, religion is far more important within American politics than it is here, and no doubt other countries within the west will a greater or lesser influence of religion.

Personally, I think it should be kept well away.

In short, to suggest this chap, with his distasteful ideas, is somehow on a par with terrorists is ludicrous and pathetic.

They don't want discourse, and would happily remove anyone with a different view.

Just imagine what they would do to you for simply questioning their ideology, then think what this fella would do.

Correct.

He debated many topics, many like the ones you can watch on QT on a Thursday. He always seemed to come across quite respectful and well spoken.

Ouch.

What does it matter?

Big up to his father that supposedly turned him in.

You're an example of what's wrong with today's society.

Don't think anyone suggested he had views on par to terrorists.

His views were 100% in line with Islam though.

Conservative values based on religious ideology.

You 💯 would agree with a lot of his views.

He had some insane views on abortion, even if the cause was the rape of children. He even said if it was his own child that was molested that she would have to give birth. That is fucked up religious fundamentalism, in my opinion.

But I should have as much right to disagree with him as he has the right to say such things I may not like. Free speech is fundamental as long as it doesn't lead to incitement to hate or harm of others.

Is it not good that his family turned him in? Surely you can’t protect murderers.

I'm against the 2nd amendment and lunatics owning guns in any way shape or form is a good idea.

I think Christianity and religion as a whole is utter fucking bollocks and has no place in our modern society.

I think evangelistic preachers have no place in our lives. Christian, Catholic or Muslim. It's all fucking shite.

Donald Trump is the product of a big giant fractured mess of a country.

The fact Mr Kirk was so behind him made him a massive hypocrite too.

Unless his faith covers convicted sex offenders and friends with other convicted sex offenders of course.

He has a lot of good points on women and blacks which I’m sure you will go along with. He also says 3 for a Oner should be standard across the world

Scanning this and other topics on here tonight I think confirms how fractured UK politics/society is becoming, as well as the US.  A group of people who will not hear a single bad word against Israel/IDF, Farage, Trump, Kirk and populist right wing ideology in general. An inability to think critically and see the good or bad in both sides of any argument. An immediate reaction to shout out (radical/screeching) lefties to anyone with a different view. Any responses to this post will simply prove this. Sad state of affairs.

No doubt commentary on here tmro about “SYL’s March” will be a further case in point.

Anyway, let’s hope for 3 points at Orient - the one thing we can all still agree on.

Xxx

His background has put some thumbs up some backsides. You won’t know as you don’t do socials, so the point has definitely whooshed over your head.

Live and let live etc

Ooops, sorry

Playing us like a fiddle, again?

 That one hurt.

Your last sentence - not a term I have ever used.

So you don't want a democratically elected politician to be assassinated any more? If so, bravo. The light has been seen.

Sound mate, just celebrated my second year off the ale and off on another jolly abroad on Monday, I hope you're keeping well and loving life under a strong regime in power after year's of calamity.😁

You must be on about the US Mick? The exact opposite in the UK.

I put Kirk and his ilk alongside Abu Hamza and Anjem Choudary, as religious fundamentalists dead set against western secular values.

To even compare Kirk to Jo Cox or David Ames is plain stupid.

Am I rejoicing that CK is dead? No. Am I sad about it? again no (apart from sympathy for his kids). Just because hes dead doesn't mean I have to suddenly like the fucker.

Three sick fuckers in one. You and your likers. Me stupid? FFS, the irony. You can see where this is heading can't you?

Maybe you fly a black and red flag?

Like Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband and dog who were murdered by a Trump fanatic in June who also tried to murder Senator John Hoffman and his wife on the same day?

Do you have a problem in processing the word 'next'?

You label me 'stupid'. Fucking hell.

Remember when Facebook was good and it really was all your friends posting stupid shit all day about what they were doing? It's NOTHING like that now. I barely see any posts from my friends anymore. It's just adverts and videos to make me start doomscrolling.

I just put this to the test and went on FB

The first thing I saw was a post from a friend

I then had 26 posts which were groups it thinks I should join, post from groups or people one of my friends has liked, or sponsored ads

Then another post from a from a friend

Instagram gone downhill now you can't follow hash tags anymore

Just constantly scrolling past ads and suggested content

Bit of advice for today Bolty old fella.

Try and pace yourself. You’ll see all those top boys marching through London and you’re likely to have several sexy accidents in your cords.

Think of your health. You’re really knocking on these days, so try and have breaks in between, maybe chuck a Complan down and watch an episode of Dads Army to keep the wolf from the door. (Might be a bad choice, dunno).

Enjoy it, but think of your heart.
