Tbf it generally seems to go ok at other grounds, a bit of a case of showing trust in folk and they actually behave. That said, I do think a beer tent on the away car park is an open goal that has been missed for a long time now.

On one of the few occasions I went in they wheeled out this young girl who'd won Wigan's Got Talent to sing a song Was like Bonnie Le Muff in Phoenix Nights, blokes awkwardly supping their pints wanting to watch the footy on the TV whilst she pranced about on stage

Club sells retail space to the brewers etc and then doesn't have to get involved in the staffing etc, but still make a few quid.

It's not like they haven't got our details. Imean proper advertising sales , not a drawing of a bloke walking past something stuff. The brewers might have to take a hit first week, but quality sells itself.
November 9, 20214 yr I went to Salford city when they built the new ground as I lived down the road.. annoys me to say but it was very well done.. they had a local brewery in, think it was 7 brothers and Street food as well as generic beer and usual football food.. stick that in a big tent showing the early kick off and not messing about with embarrassing entertainment and definitely no compare or forced fun.
