Corned beef is wank. A quality piece of skirt, or shin is something else. You can easily add some herbs to it to suit your taste. If you're into herbs, grow some lovage, and use leaves sparingly in beef dishes. A simple seasoning of salt and pepper, together with ingredients in stock makes for a good flavour anyway. Quote
