It’s always shite.

Mum and Dad going away in a couple of weeks and he's already doing my Mums head in about it. Stressing. Miserable sod hates going away and leaving dog as it is. 

eldest arrived about 445 on friday for 830pm flight

they got through at 9 

at least the flight was delayed

 

cheeky cunts are still selling fast tracks i think

i hear they are 2000 security staff down from pre covid

Took over 2 hours on Sunday to get through security into the new terminal which looks great…. Except only the Holts pub, WHS and Pret open, virtually all food had been sold. 

I fly from there in 6 weeks. Hope they’ve sorted it by then

They pulled fast track Sunday afternoon.

i spent a lovely 9 hours in the bar at Luton waiting for a flight to Bulgaria. Was ace!

mental they are down on staff given the furlough scheme etc. 

Surely there are 2000 doorman badge bods who would love the gig now its kicking off 

They just need to adopt a security policy along the lines of what that ryanair bloke suggested a few years back

Worst airport around, and always has been.

Wife flew out from Manchester on Sunday and breezed through with no issues at all, can only hope and pray she cops for it on the way back in.

It was apiece of piss when we went in January. We wouldn't want to be going  at the moment. Mrs F.s head would fall off.

The only problem then was queuing to get in the Holts pub to book a table, for a pint..

We just went across the way to the other pub. A craft ale type place. Nice breakfast pint mind.

We were supposed to be going to Mallorca on Saturday but aren’t because my lad has tested positive for Covid.

Id happily tut and whine my way through the airport if it meant I could fucking travel

We are flying back on Thursday night. Only hand luggage so only Immigration to navigate

I like Holts, but not if I have to book a table. And perhaps not a 8:00 am. Had a couple of Seven Brothers across the way.

Not just the training though. The security clearances can take 3-6 months to process.

Supposed to be going away on Friday. 
11:10 the flight is, baggage drop says it’s open from 3 hrs before the flight and average security time is 4.5..

If that happens like that then I’ll surely miss the flight , hopefully won’t 

is it the same in all Terminals?
