However, I’m still hopeful that Evatt can turn it round and with a few changes in January we start to recover the lost ground. I think it will only change though if IE himself is prepared to and that’s the biggest doubt I have.

But we have put them a side and focused on him being the man to take us forward. But we aren't progressing anymore, we are plummeting and his personality is only making things worse.
