He made reference a few months ago that we were being disrespectful to him as he was working 18 hour days. 7 days a week to progress the club .

I’m sure in his head this will be someone else’s fault

League one manager wage, not attending training, put up in a hotel and the boss has your back,

Course he's going nowhere, it's a job with no risk

Dear me

Fwiw, SB cant protect IE

And contrary to popular opinion, she didnt 'save him' in the summer

Also, theres only one stakeholder(s) with the power these days

The accounts will confirm

So she has no power and the other guys want him to stay. Interesting.

i have always wondered why we have never had interest from parties like other clubs. Like when Wrexham got Hollywood. We got sweaty Ken and co. Wonder what is so unattractive about BWFC.

Interestingly BWFC made the shortlist but weren't chosen. I think it was the amount of big clubs in the vicinity.

I didn’t know we made the list or that big clubs being nearby was a factor.

makes a massive lot of sense given how far Everton, Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City are from Wrexham. It’s like miles and miles away

I seem to remember the story that they looked into us but decided against us on that basis

I recall it being they wanted to take on a project of transforming a club from the doldrums and taking them on a journey

Our stadium, facilities etc and recent PL status meant it didn't have the type of appeal or challenge they were looking for

Walk around the stadium before the match, or the town centre... It's like a scene from Walking dead 😛

If they’ve come by match bus they’ve been there for above an hour before the gate opens and they can sit in the seat they’ve paid for.

Fan Zone had queues for Boxing Day and was busy again today.

I was told they came to look at us but everyone started talking in old Lancashire dialect so they fucked us off.

And yet they still bought the ones who all starting speaking Welsh when they walked in to the room

Sorry

Mu understanding is that 'the swiss' have funded the club big time this year

They hold the power and they are (or were in the summer) team sharon

if/when that changes, it potentially gets messy for IE and maybe SB

At the time of the last shareholding update (24th Jan 2024) Sharon had 2.6m shares, Michael James 952K, Nick Luckock 455K and BMLL ("The Swiss) 1.4m.  If new shares had been allocated this year it would have been reported so I think Sharon along with Michael James and Nick Luckock are still running things.

There's a 37 page Memorandum and Articles of Association on the companies house website. Only skimmed it, and not claiming to be an expert, but on the face of it looks like it is designed to avoid any person having total control.

Yeah it was a mixture of the two iirc
